“You in the SEC (Special electoral court)... don’t think you can swindle the people. We do not intend to terrorise you or threaten you but we are just warning you: beware for you might incur the people’s wrath. Don’t make us do anything silly. We have a trusted jurist sitting on the SEC. If we find out ahead of time that it’s not going our way, we are sorry to say that the people will rise up”.
